An Aspen boutique has donated brand new clothing from the upscale Amen Wardy brand to Littleton gift shop Angel Concept. The vintage clothing dates from the 1980s and early 1990s. Starting Tuesday, September 8, the store will have the clothing on hand for a two-week shopping event. All items have original price tags, but will be marked down significantly. The nonprofit Dress for Success will receive 10% of every purchase.
“We’re ready to go back in time with the music and clothing we all rocked to in the 80s!” says Angel Concept founder Sue Hosier. “We are so excited to have the opportunity to have really fun, beautiful pieces that will add a unique element to any women’s wardrobe.”
For shoppers’ safety, Angel Concept will only allow a maximum of five customers into the store at one time to shop the exclusive clothing and merchandise. Shoppers must wear a mask and use provided hand sanitizer.
Angel Concept is a nonprofit job training center to help women. The store is open Tuesday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed Monday.
