There’s nothing “plain” about this experience! The backdrop of a summer night sky is the perfect setting for spending time with the family, while enjoying entertainment in the park. That’s what makes Pictures on the Plains at Arapahoe County Fairgrounds and Park (25690 E. Quincy Ave.) in Aurora so special. It’s an opportunity to enjoy a family-friendly movie under the stars.

Bring a picnic, blankets and lawn chairs for a enjoyable outdoor family movie night. The event is held outdoors under the covered Civitas Arena.
Pre-movie activities start at 5:30 p.m. and the movie rolls around 7:30 p.m. See below for more information about the pre-movie activities for each show.
Tickets are $5. Children two and under are FREE. (Note: There is a $1 convenience fee per ticket.) Purchase tickets here.
