The RiNo Art District considers itself the epicenter of the Denver art scene. The inaugural Art RiNo festival celebrates art in all its forms with murals, music, installations, arts workshops and special events from September 5 to 11, 2022. It’s a week of art, music, events, workshops and more, with programming for all ages.
The schedule is popping with exciting events, including murals from acclaimed local and international muralists, live music performances during the Westword Music Showcase, installations, art workshops, and special events for all ages. Most events are FREE, with a few ticketed events such as the Westword Music Showcase.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll find:
Mural installations on six different walls from Smug, The Obanoth, Patrick Kane McGregor, Koco Collab, Yazz, and SpeakS.
RiNo is partnering with Westword to present the 2022 Westword Music Showcase, which will take place September 9 & 10 with live music from a variety of local artists at venues across the Art District and soon-to-be-announced national acts at the outdoor showcase event at Mission Ballroom.

Luminade, a three-night, light-based festival from IRL art at RiNo ArtPark. This is an in-person celebration of new light installations at the Promenade at ArtPark (1900 35th St.) on September, 9, 10 & 11..
Picnic in the Park with live music, food trucks, vendors, and installation at RiNo ArtPark on September 9.
A Colorado Rapids street closure pop-up party, featuring artist Armando Silva, Lucha libre wrestling, Latin dance lessons, and a special live game viewing party on September 10 of the Colorado Rapids v. Vancouver.
Camp RiNo, a family-friendly art experience and crafts event taking place on September 10 at RiNo ArtPark.
