Mile High Spirits Distillery
Mile High Spirits Distillery opened in 2011 in the heart of Denver’s River North (RiNo) art’s district before moving to downtown’s Ballpark neighborhood in 2014. MHS is Denver’s OG urban distillery in the Mile High City, crafting grain to bottle spirits for a fair price.
They offer Bourbon, Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Rum and canned Moscow Mule/Punching Mule at their tasting room bar and in 16 states coast to coast.
When you visit Mile High Spirits you will experience live music — from Bluegrass to DJ mixes — and unique homemade cocktails. All of their spirits are made in house by their expert distilling team.
That’s not all- they have a variety of interesting activities while you take in cocktails and music: magic cornhole boards, photo booths, table ring toss and more.

You’ll Need Reservations To Visit Rocky Mountain National Park Starting May 28
Not everyone is happy, but Rocky Mountain National Park has decided to use a timed entry permit reservation system beginning on May 28, 2021. Park officials are calling it “temporary” (but with the Feds “temporary” always seems to become “permanent”) blaming the change on significant increases in visitation, continued Covid-19 concerns, ongoing park seasonal staff shared housing challenges, reduced shuttle bus capacity and residual fire impacts in some areas of the park from historic fires in 2020. The ever-changing Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Covid-19 dial is changing…again. Right now, the public is being asked for their input by Monday, March 22 at noon.
