Bass Pro Shops Free Kids Fishing Weekend

Denver’s Bass Pro Shops invites kids to polish their fishing skills for FREE this weekend Saturday & Sunday, March 2 & 3. Starting at noon each day, youngsters can learn to cast and then test their skills, join in the fish bait toss challenge, attend a free workshop at 2:30 p.m. (Saturday only), plus get a FREE magazine cover-style photo with a “replica” fish to download.

And there will be craft projects such as decorating a wooden fish puzzle for hands-on fun. The first 100 kids who complete a punch card each day during the kids activities get a FREE bobber tin. Bass Pro Shops is located in Northfield at Stapleton just north of I-70 at the Quebec/Northfield exit, 720-385-3600.
