Whether you’re 5, 25, or 55, you’ll find a Halloween party to suit during the annual Boo n’ Brew on Colfax Avenue between Josephine and Colorado Blvd. on Saturday October 30. The FREE event is in two parts: one for the kiddos from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and one a self-led adult bar crawl after the sun goes down. Both are a great way to celebrate the holiday and check out retailers, bars and restaurants along one of Denver’s most eclectic districts.
From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Colfax will come alive with the cutest costumed kiddos, a family-friendly block party, complete with trick-or-treating at more than 20 Colfax businesses. Plus, enjoy live music, pumpkin decorating, food and drink specials and more.
Later that day, Boo n’ Brew welcomes back the adults (or maybe you just don’t ever leave?!), for a Spooktacular bar/restaurant crawl. From 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. participating businesses will offer the best drink specials in town, live music, costume contests and more.
Check-in to get your map at either Route 40 (2550 E Colfax Ave) or Annie’s Cafe (3100 E Colfax Ave). Be one of the first 150 visitors and receive a Boo n’ Brew candy bag to stash your special treats.
Drop your kiddos off from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Tiger Kim’s for some dinner and more Halloween fun for just $10 while you take advantage of all the Boo n’ Brew specials.
A list of participating businesses, event schedule, scavenger hunt score card and other details may be found at this website.
