Here’s a “hare-raising” tale. The Community Farm in Arvada hosts “Reading with the Rabbits: Stories and Crafts on the Farm” on the second and fourth Sunday of each month. From 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. children and families can enjoy captivating stories while interacting with adorable live rabbits and engaging in fun crafts activities.
Audience members will enjoy a variety of different stories, songs and movements while interacting with a variety of TCF rabbits. The hosts will also provide information about rabbit care and handling.
Crafts activities will further enhance the enjoyment, allowing children to express their creativity and imagination. This FREE event is perfect for families seeking a fun-filled morning in a charming farm atmosphere.
The Community Farm is a non-profit farm organization on a private property in Arvada. There is a lot going on at this little farm and they promote community health, connectedness, and wellbeing.

The event continues this fall through November 12. Donations are accepted, with funds supporting the animal sanctuary. Concessions and farm goods will be for sale during the event.
