Boston Market is celebrating its 35th anniversary with a big deal. It’s the chain’s best offer of the year. (We think it might be the best deal the chain has ever offered!) The fast-casual restaurant’s all-natural roasted rotisserie chicken is farm-fresh, never frozen and it’s being offered at a huge discount for one-day only.
In honor of the chain’s 35th Anniversary, “the Rotisserie Everything Experts” will be serving up its famous Whole Rotisserie Chicken for just $3.50 on Wednesday, December 23 at all locations nationwide. (A whole rotisserie chicken regularly sells for $10.99, so it’s a savings of nearly 70%!)
In addition, customers can also grab any large side and select desserts for just $3.50. (The dessert choices include two slices of chocolate cake, family-size brownie or four-pack of chocolate chunk cookies.)
Limit of two items per category, per customer. The offer valid for in-store, carry out and drive-thru orders only.
For around $10, you can put together a frugal family feast!
There are 7 locations in Colorado — Aurora, Colorado Springs, Ft. Carson, Greenwood Village, Littleton, Westminster and Wheat Ridge.
Most locations are open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Beware! The Greenwood Village location was so disorganized and ill-prepared for this promotion at lunch time, that we waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told there was no chicken currently available. They said we could place our order and return after maybe an hour and there might be some. After observing a hoard of people standing around waiting for their orders, we walked out empty handed. There are many ways this could have been handled better. :-(
Beware the Wheat Ridge store would not honor the deal unless you had a coupon. I looked to see if one was needed and could not find it in your announcement and I could not find one on their website. The person that I think was the manager waved a coupon and said she couldn’t honor the sale without one. She was very rude and no one would take the time to even talk to me. I tried to call before I went at about 3 pm thinking it might not be too busy then. There was a recording and at the end said you could select #3 to talk to someone but it rang and rang and no one answered. I doubt I will ever go to this store again.
Carolyn and Michelle – We had a similar experience at the Aurora location — poor/rude customer service, no one would answer the phone either, the chicken was never available and they appeared to arbitrarily stop selling chickens at around 7 p.m. We reached out the public relations rep for an explanation and were told that Boston Market was not prepared for the overwhelming response. We are awaiting a more formal response from Boston Market. If we hear back from them next week, we will keep you updated. (And, Carolyn, there was no coupon required. That was totally false information!) -BKC
