The perfect introduction to Opera for the whole family with the beloved fairytale of Puss in Boots. Xavier Montsalvatge’s take on the classic story of an ingenious and quick-witted feline with magical talents is sure to entertain the whole family. Can Puss win the princess’ hand for his master? Will he outwit the evil ogre?

The talented Boulder Opera singers with piano accompaniment will turn the popular fairytale into an afternoon of magical and adventurous opera.
The one-hour performance takes place at Louisville Center for the Arts (801 Grant Ave.) and is followed by a Q&A with the cast. The show is recommended for ages 3 and up.
The show is on Sunday, September 25 at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Note: The performance is sung in Spanish with English subtitles.
General admission tickets are $25. Children and seniors get tickets for $20.
Our good friends at Boulder Opera are giving MHOTC readers a chance to experience the show with a family 4-pack of tickets — valued at $100.
There will be three (3) winners. The tickets are general admission and winners can choose the 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. performance.
