Verboten Brewing & Barrel Project
Verboten Brewing & Barrel Project got its name from the German word for “forbidden” which the founders picked based on German beer-purity laws (Reinheitsgebot). These laws restricted 15th and 16th century Germans from using anything except for water, barley, and hops in the brewing process and still exist in a modified form today with the addition of yeast as an approved ingredient.

Bruz Beers was founded by Charlie Gottenkieny and Ryan Evans in an effort to make Belgian-style beer more well-known in the United States. They have two locations: a dog-friendly tasting room in Midtown and a tasting room in the Colfax Avenue corridor that boasts a dog-friendly patio.

The Infinite Monkey Theorem (IMT) is a woman-owned-and-operated winery in Denver that donates a portion of their proceeds to local charities with an emphasis on other women-owned businesses. They operate without a vineyard, buy all locally-grown grapes, and all their product is made in their Denver winery.
MobCraft Dee Tacko
