Swing the night away at Colfax Swings, a community swing dance party on Monday, June 17 at The People’s Building in Colfax East. From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., dance the night away with Tuff-Tones, a swing band project from members of the Brothers of Brass. Explore an exhibit highlighting Denver’s historical jazz roots from the Black American West Museum & Heritage Center.

Tuff Tones swing band is a Denver-based brass powered dance experience. Their bold, horn-heavy sound calls upon the memory of the iconic sounds of brass bandleaders Louis Armstrong, Benny Goodman and Louis Prima.
