If you’ve ever wondered about the history of the DCPA or exactly how the magic comes to life on stage, you can enjoy an up-close experience with the Behind-The-Scenes tour.

The DCPA public tour program offers a Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the Arts Complex on Mondays and Saturdays at 10 a.m. Tickets must be purchased online in advance.
During the 90-minute to 2-hour walking tour, experience recent updates to the organization’s storied performance spaces and discover the people and processes that bring theater to life.

Learn about the creation of the Arts Complex and the resident companies.
Discover the origins of various public art pieces throughout the complex.
Get an in-depth look at the Arts Complex venues, including the newly renovated Bonfils Theatre Complex.
Take a peek at Actor’s Alley, filled with Broadway show posters signed by touring cast members.
Visit the production shops of the Denver Center Theatre Company, where you will get an insider’s look at everything from set model miniatures and costumes-in-progress to up-close set pieces and props galore.
Tickets are $12 per person and must be reserved online in advance.
