Come search for the perfect pumpkin for all your Halloween and fall festivities at Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms 10-acre pumpkin patch. The Pumpkin Festival is held Friday to Sunday, October 11 to 13, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Families can enjoy hayrides, photo booths, face painting, an antique tractor exhibit, carnival games, live music and more. Tickets go on sale Monday, August 26 at 10 a.m.
Admission includes:
- Entry to the pumpkin patch and Corn Maze
- Antique tractor exhibit by Front Range Antique Power Association
- Tractor-pulled parking shuttles
- Wagon rides
- Photo booths
- 20 carnival tickets for games and inflatable bouncers, slides and obstacle course per child’s paid admission
- Mini-maze for kids 10 and younger
- Express face painting
- Balloon characters
Separate costs include stunt jump, additional carnival game tickets, food or other purchases from vendors.
Plus, you can explore the 750 acres of native flora, fauna and beautiful wetlands at Chatfield. Pumpkin prices vary by size; the average price is $8.
Drop off your pumpkins at pumpkin daycare, located near the exit of the pumpkin patch. Volunteers will take good care of your pumpkins while you enjoy the rest of the festival. If possible, you should bring a wagon to haul your pumpkins.
Free tractor shuttles are available to the parking lot.
You must purchase a ticket online in advance for a specific date and time to visit. Tickets will not be available onsite.
Tickets are $18 Adult, $16 Adults Member, Student, Senior 65+, Military, and $12 Child (ages 3-15); $10 Child Member & Children 2 and under are FREE.
