The Denver Union Station Summer Concert Series is returning to the Terminal Bar Patio this summer, featuring live music by three prominent local bands. The outdoor concerts run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Remember that it is easy to take RTD Light Rail right to the station with a short walk to outdoor patio. The 2019 line-up for the Denver Union Station Summer Concert Series includes:
Friday, June 28: Stillhouse Junkies – Finalists in the 2018 Telluride Bluegrass Festival Band Contest, this Durango trio plays a unique mix of roots, blues, funk, swing & bluegrass
Friday, July 26: Strange Americans – Fresh from their national tour, this five-member Denver band plays energizing “no frills rock and roll”
Friday, Aug. 30: Heavy Diamond Ring – An all-American folk rock band featuring Sarah Anderson, Paul DeHaven, Blake Stepan, Mike Lang and Orion Tate
Terminal Bar will be serving snacks and bites during the concerts along with a variety of seasonal Colorado craft beers. There is no cover charge but guests must be 21 years old to consume alcohol.
