Santa has NOT abandoned Colorado. In fact, we have it on good authority he can be spotted at Applewood Valley United Methodist Church in Golden on Saturday, December 12 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. during a FREE Drive-Thru event. And, he’s bringing two very special reindeer guests (no word yet on who it will be Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Comet, etc.).
Families are invited to this Drive-Thru Santa Sighting in the church parking lot. Everyone can wave to Santa and his reindeer from the safety of your vehicle and a special Elf will give each child a gift.
Registration is required (it is for contract tracing only). Here’s the online form to sign up.
You do not have to pick a specific arrival time, but there are some rules to follow:

- All participants must wear a mask in their vehicle while at the event.
- Participants will follow the one-way driving route in the parking lot when they arrive at the church. They will stop to check-in/register, to say hi to Santa and the Reindeer, and to receive their gift.
