Let the games begin! Everyone is ready to get outdoors and enjoy public events again. And there’s no better way than being part of the roaring crowd at a sporting event. Did you know Infinity Park is home to the rugby team Colorado XOs? Last November, 27 athletes arrived at Infinity Park and the RugbyTown National Training Center for the first-ever Cross Over Academy.

The athletes came from top college programs where they played football, basketball and other sports. The group of athletes were ready to step out of their comfort zone and try a new sport.
They arrived in Glendale with no rugby knowledge or training. Since January, the team has worked hard to learn rugby and become a solid rugby team. To date, the Colorado XOs have played nine matches, with a 5-4 record.
On Saturday, May 22, Infinity Park in Glendale is excited to open the stadium gates for the first big event in more than a year. And the public is invited to join in on the fun with a FREE rugby match — featuring the new Crossover team the Colorado XOs vs LA Loyals Elite.
No ticket required. Do not bring any outside food or drinks. The concession stands will be open with snacks and beverages for sale.
The game kicks off at 2 p.m. and the gates open at 1 p.m.
