Where To See Santa In 2024 & Have Your Photo Taken With Him
You better watch out, you better not cry. You better not pout, we’re telling you why, MHOTC has inside intel on Santa. Here’s where you can take the kids to share their gift wishes with the jolly man himself. Unless noted, all visits with Santa are FREE and he’s around through Christmas Eve. Do check, as some sites only let the kiddos onto Santa’s lap if you pay for a photo package.

Big News: Big Lots Now Closing All Colorado Locations — When Does the Closeout Sale Start?
UPDATE: Big Lots has a final holiday scavenger hunt scheduled for today, December 21, 2024, but now it’s unclear whether or not the event will proceed. The remaining four Big Lots locations in Colorado will be closing their doors soon. The discount retail chain has slowly been closing locations over the last year or so, as it struggled financially. However, they have now officially filed for bankruptcy, blaming inflation, an inability to compete and customers no longer spending as much money on home and seasonal purchases. [Read More…]

Denver Recycles annual FREE Treecycle program will be recycling thousands of Christmas trees into mulch again this holiday season. The mulch is made available FREE to Denver residents in the spring. To ensure your tree is composted you must drop it off this year. Trees picked up by Denver Waste Management will not be composted. Tree-cycling is easy, but it’s important to follow these steps. Where & How You Can Recycle Your Christmas Tree In The Denver/Boulder Area
Nationally, approximately 93% of the real Christmas trees are recycled through community programs. Colorado is no exception with most cities and/or counties offering FREE Christmas Tree Recycle. Some programs have already started and run into January, with drop-off sites open various length of time, from the first week in January to as long as January 31.
