Hey, Whopper lovers! Burger King is offering a whopper of a deal — literally. The fast-food restaurant’s signature sandwich is turning 64 years old, but customers are the ones getting a juicy gift. The Whopper is a one-fourth pound of flame-grilled beef topped with juicy tomatoes, fresh lettuce, creamy mayonnaise, ketchup, crunchy pickles and sliced white onions — all on a soft sesame seed bun.
To celebrate the milestone, Burger King is rolling it back to 1957 with a two-day anniversary special.
On Friday, December 3 and Saturday, December 4, Burger King is serving up its iconic flame-grilled Whopper at the sandwich’s original price of just 37¢ at participating locations.
The offer is only open to members of Burger King’s loyalty program, Royal Perks. The digital offer is only available via BK’s app, not in-restaurant. Limit one per customer.
