Dazbog Coffee Company, Colorado’s largest independent coffee roaster and purveyor, is opening a new coffee shop inside Denver’s Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building on April 29.
In celebration of the new location, May 1 – a traditional spring festival in Russia – has officially been declared Dazbog Day by Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock. To commemorate the occasion, the local coffee company is serving a FREE drip coffee (or an upsize to any drink) at all of its more than 30 coffee shops across Colorado and Wyoming on Wednesday, May 1. (The only exception is the location at DIA.)
The new Dazbog Coffee shop inside the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building will be open Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., serving artisan coffee and tea beverages, in addition to locally-sourced baked goods and other food items.
Dazbog Coffee is the realization of the American dream by two immigrants from the former Soviet Union – Anatoly and Leonid Yuffa. The Yuffa family fled Russia to embark on a better life of freedom, democracy and opportunity – their journey from the cobblestone streets of Leningrad to the bustling Mile High City is the legacy of Dazbog Coffee.
