Jefferson County is embracing books and beer in a big way with a six-week celebration (October 1 to November 15) of special events, tap parties, contests and a passport beer tour. Half Pint and the Growlers provide the music. The event is FREE, but registration is required. You can sign up here. Must be 21+ to attend; valid photo ID required. 5889 Lamar St., Arvada.
