Free Entrance to National Parks, Monuments & More on MLK Day

Only 124 of our National Parks charge you to get in, but the U.S. National Park Service is waiving entrance fees to all of its 400+ parks, monuments and other sites on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday, January 20, 2025. Time to enjoy the frosty landscape of Rocky Mountain National Park, virtually in the metro Denver/Boulder area’s backyard. Or make your way to one of the other fee-based parks such as Arches National Park in Utah.
