From October 24 to 31, 2024, IHOP is offering a FREE Scary Face Pancake to kids (12 and under) with the purchase of an adult entrée at participating locations — from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The Scary Face Pancake includes an over-sized buttermilk pancake with a whipped-topping mouth and strawberry nose, served with two mini-OREO cookies and pieces of candy corn on the side to allow kids to create their own Halloween hotcake.
