Everyone is welcome to attend the Martin Luther King Day celebration, “Remembering His Life, Renewing His Legacy,” on Monday, January 21. A reception and conversations on the day of service are from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., followed by a community celebration from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
This FREE event that is designed to appeal to all ages is sponsored by the University of Colorado’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Community Engagement (ODECE), St. Aiden’s Episcopal Church, the Lutheran Campus Ministry, CU Boulder Hillel, the Center for Western Civilization, Thought & Policy and the City of Boulder Housing and Human Services. It takes place in the University Memorial Center’s Glenn Miller Ballroom, 1669 Euclid Ave., Boulder.
