If you wish to attend the show this weekend and have not requested tickets, you can still attend for FREE either day. Just go to the Will Call Desk/Both and tell them you heard about the Festival on Mile High On The Cheap. They will give you FREE admission tickets. Denver has travel shows, designer parties and food fairs, but how about three-in-one? Come to the Denver Travel, Design & Food Festival on Saturday & Sunday, February 10 & 11 and do it all. This event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the National Western Complex (4655 Humboldt St., Denver). Tickets are usually $10 at the door (kids are FREE), but show organizers want you to have a day to remember and are offering MHOTC readers (plus friends and family) an exclusive freebie. Note that the National Western usually charges for parking.
Plan your next vacation & adventure as you discover Denver stay-cations, Colorado getaways, out-of-state and international vacations. Do you appreciate the modern comforts of a beautiful home? Meet with Denver’s top home-design professionals who can improve your home-nesting experience and shop for various home improvements.
Sample & taste Colorado’s home-made food creations (products you might see at a farmer’s market) from local Colorado scratch-food foodpreneurs such as jams, chocolates, sauces and more for you to buy and take home with you.
Attend informative stage presentations, get show-only deals and register for prize giveaways. Prizes include iPad mini, GoPro, an Apple watch, two-night stay in Winter Park, Nest learning thermostat and one lucky person will win the Grand Prize — a European cruise for two on Celebrity Cruises.
To get your FREE ticket(s), email Laura@MileHighOnTheCheap.com. Type Travel Show in the subject line and put your full name (and the full names of anyone coming with you) into the body of the email. Children get in FREE anyway, so no need to include them on your list. Readers who respond will receive instructions by email on how to gain free show entry. Deadline to respond is 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 8. If you responded to this post when it first went up and received a confirmation email, you do not have to do so again.
