Even though we live in beautiful Colorado, it’s okay to admit that Detroit-style pizza is one of the best. Oh, so crusty! (If you don’t know, Detroit-style pizza is a rectangular pizza with a thick crispy and chewy crust.) And, at the eatery, its version is 10″ by 8″ and made with house tomato sauce and a super-secret cheese blend — every piece is a corner piece!
Even better, every Thursday, starting at 5 p.m., Hops & Pie pulls a fresh Detroit-style pizza from the oven for just $5. It regularly sells for $9.40, so it’s nearly a savings of 50%. That’s definitely a hot deal! (Just to clarify, the offer is for a cheese pizza with no toppings. You may be able to add toppings for an additional cost — just ask the friendly staff.)
The crusty offer is available in-restaurant, take-out and for in-house delivery. You will need to call ahead to place an order for pick-up or delivery — 303. 477.7000. (Note: There is a $10 minimum order for delivery.) Plus, there is a limit of one pizza per customer.
