Independence Eve returns to Civic Center Park on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. Gates will open at 5 p.m. for this FREE, family-friendly event. Enjoy music from the Colorado Symphony Brass & Percussion Ensemble, live DJs from Youth on Record and a night market. New for 2024: Indy Eve will feature Denver’s largest drone show along with two different light shows projected onto Civic Center Park structures.
The event will launch a new Civic Center Night Market along 14th Avenue. The space will host food vendors, local artisans and family-friendly games and activities.
Five minute light shows will run every 15 minutes on the Voorhies and Greek Theater.
More than 300 drones will fly over over Lincoln Veterans Memorial Park. The best vantage point: Civic Center’s Great Lawn and South Lawn.
The park will be fenced to ensure the safety of attendees and individuals will be subject to a security screening at all designated event entrances.
Entrances will be located near 14th Ave at Broadway and Colfax at Broadway.
