Cheers! The Infinite Monkey Theorem is a women-owned-and-operated winery focusing on making wine that is mountain grown and city made, from grape to can. The winery is located in the RiNo Arts District in Denver. The on-site taproom, Decanter, is a gathering place for the community to enjoy wine, experience a tour and tasting or participate in many fun events.
