With gas, food, clothing and housing more expensive than ever in the Denver metro area, a record number of families are shifting to thrifting to make every dollar count. Frugal families will be able to save hundreds of dollars at a huge children’s consignment event from September 15 to 18 at the Douglas County Fairgrounds (500 Fairgrounds Dr.) in Castle Rock.
Local mom Deborah Freeman organizes the pop-up event twice a year and notes that families can save up to 90% on toys, games, furniture, shoes, books, clothing, outdoor gear and more at Just Between Friends (JBF)
