And the big day may not be the sweetest day for all, especially if you’re getting a smaller than expected refund or, worse, you owe the government money. However, Krispy Kreme is cutting everyone a sweet break on a dozen doughnuts. Share the wealth with friends and family!

On Tax Day, April 15, 2025, Krispy Kreme customers who purchase an Original Glazed or assorted dozen doughnuts at regular price will only pay the sales tax on a second Original Glazed dozen at participating locations.
Pricing for the second dozen will vary based on each state’s sales tax.
And anyone who orders a dozen online at regular price for pickup or delivery can use the promo code TAXBREAK to receive a second Original Glazed dozen for FREE.
There are four shops in Colorado — Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Lone Tree and Thornton.
