CLOSED FOR SUMMER 2023. Are you looking for an affordable and fun activity for the family? Are you looking for a “cheap” way to cool off on a hot summer day? The answer to either question can be found at Surfside Spray Park (5330 W. 9th Ave.) in Lakewood. The low-cost water park is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day every year. This year, the park opens on Saturday, May 28, 2022.

The park boasts one main splash pad and a second splash pad designed for small children. Both areas offer plenty of fountains and fun for lots of splashing around! Plus, there’s plenty of shade, grass and water features to enjoy throughout the park.
The park also offers additional amenities, including BBQ grills, restrooms and parking.
Making the biggest splash is that admission is only $3 for non-residents of the City of Lakewood. If you live in Lakewood, it’s even more splash-worthy because admission is only $1.

Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Friday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
August 15 to September 4 — Weekends Only
Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Labor Day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
