Good news for independent film lovers! After months of being dark, Landmark’s Mayan Theatre is opening it doors again on Friday, August 28. Unfortunately, there are no ticket specials or reduced concessions. Plus, no word yet on when its two other Colorado locations will reopen — Chez Artiste and The Esquire.
Of course, the safety of its guests and staff are its highest priority.
Landmark Theatres protocols comply with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as the CinemaSafe program. To review the new safety protocols in place, click here.
The seating capacity will be limited per state and local guidelines to ensure that proper physical distancing is maintained between each person or party. Groups cannot exceed more than 10 guests side by side.
Due to the limited seating, customers are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance and online at LandmarkTheatres.com, as shows are more likely to reach capacity, in addition to avoiding lines at the box office.
