Come dance and celebrate Black History, Black Ourstory, and Black Futures! The Lindy Bop is Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Move with Ease. There’s a Lindy Hop dance lesson from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., followed by a social from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Swingin’ Denver has been hosting dance parties and teaching locals to Lindy Hop and swing dance for years.
Lindy Hop involves steps, stomps, jumps, turns, and other movements with a partner.
The class will be taught by Kenny Nelson and Vi Bright. The social will be DJed by the genre bending, culture blending DJ Yamazound (Romeo Henderson).
