If contemporary art is your thing, spend Saturday, May 4 at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver (1485 Delgany St.) at a bargain price. You might even find enough money for admission in your couch or car seat. Currently, the works of Georgia O’ Keeffe, Andrew Jensdotter and Amanda Wachob are on exhibition. The museum is open on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The price is right, too. Colorado residents get in for just 1¢ — that’s right one penny! (Admission is regularly $8 for adults.) Even better for frugal families, kids under 18 get in FREE all the time. Paid parking is available across 15th St. in the parking garage.
