Batter up! Play Ball Park — an interactive festival — will be held at the Colorado Convention Center from Friday, July 9 through Tuesday, July 13 during the 2021 MLB All-Star Week in Denver. This is All-Star Week’s largest FREE fan event, according to the Colorado Rockies and Major League Baseball (MLB). It brings together baseball, softball, music, food, technology, shopping, fashion, mascots, legends of the game, former Olympians and fun activities.
Play Ball Park has something for every fan. There’s the MLB Gaming Zone, the World’s Largest Baseball, meet and greets with the Legends of the game and much more. The event will transform the streets of downtown outside the convention center into a wide-ranging, inclusive environment.
Inside, more than 400,000 square feet will host fans where they can try different aspects of the sport for the first time, more experienced players can develop and show off their skills and anyone in between can simply enjoy the many ways baseball is played.
Unlike the All-Star game itself, tickets for Play Ball Park are totally FREE (though you’ll still have to pay to park downtown or take the RTD). You can snag tickets at AllStarGame.com.
You must have a ticket to enter and entry is specified by day and time. You can choose the day and time that works best for you based on availability. Tickets will go fast, so for the best selection get yours now.
All tickets are digital and can be accessed through the free MLB Ballpark app.
Play Ball Park will be open:
Friday, July 9 — 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, July 10 — 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday, July 11 — 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Monday, July 12 — 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
