Parker Arts is celebrating Modernist West: Prints from the Robert G. Lewis Collection with an art reception open to the public on Friday, May 6 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This exhibition includes fine art prints made in the American West during the 20th century spanning pre- through post-WWII, offering the opportunity to see the progression of Modernism across the United States.
The exhibition also allows us to look back in time through the lens of artists who experienced the West during this tumultuous period in history. Special guest and art collector Robert G. Lewis, will be speaking from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. about his private collection.
In addition to viewing the Modernist West art collection, there will be music, a dessert bar, coffee bar and drinks available for purchase at concessions.
