It’s a celebration of pollinators and the vital role they play at Pollinator Palooza Festival on Sunday, June 29, 2024, at the Butterfly Pavilion The event runs from noon to 8 p.m. and is included with museum general admission. There is an outdoor concert featuring live entertainment, as well as fun activities, food trucks, a pollinator market and more.
Families can participate in engaging activities like face painting, a garden station, and caricature portraits highlighting pollinators.
Food trucks and a beer garden vendors will sell treats and refreshments.
Attendees can:
- Listen to stellar bands throughout the day.
- Shop at the pollinator market seeking items connected to pollinators.
- Purchase delectable dishes at a variety of food trucks.
- Participate in one of many pollinator-themed workshops.
- Have your face painted with a pollinator,
- Take a garden tour.
- Learn about BPs pollinator conservation projects and talk to the experts.
- Witness butterfly releases in Wings of the Tropics.
- Cool off with a beer at the beer tent.
- Take a photo with Bee-trice the Bee mascot.
