Hey, parents! Here’s a fun night out for a good cause, thanks to Red Rocks Church. The church is hosting a pop-up drive-in theater to benefit Lakewood’s The Action Center. (The non-profit’s organization mission is to provide an immediate and compassionate response to those in the community experiencing hardship and by offering the resources and services needed to stabilize lives and promote pathways to lasting change.)
The fun night out takes place on Tuesday, July 21 in the church’s parking lot at 5810 W. Alameda Ave.
They are showing the family-favorite flick Ferdinand.
Parking begins at 7:45 p.m., with the movie starting at 8:30 p.m.
The cost is $10 per vehicle. (Limit one vehicle per registration.) You must be registered in advance to be attend. Purchase tickets here. (Ticket sales end July 20.)
Attendees must stay in their vehicle, practice safe social distancing and wear a mask anytime they’re outside of their vehicle for any reason.
Plus, Kona Ice’s delicious flavored shaved ice will be available for purchase!
