Attention, car enthusiasts! Want to see “Bumblebee,” the bright yellow Chevy Camaro from Transformers? Or maybe replica of the Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo? A new museum boasts more than 60 movie, classic and vintage cars. Rodz & Bodz Museum opens inside Colorado Mills on Saturday, May 15 and is filled with vehicles, signs and automobile memorabilia.
The new museum is in the space formerly occupied by Saks Off 5th. Visitors will see everything from the three-wheeled Corbin Sparrow from Austin Powers in Goldmember and a 1935 Auburn Speedster to a Chevy from the movie musical Grease and the Ghostbusters Ecto-1
Admission includes a free picture of you or your family inside a featured movie car. There will be a new one rotated in every 30 days. The first will be the Jurassic Park Jeep.
Rodz & Bodz Museum Movie Cars & More will charge $12 per person. First responders, police and military are free with ID. Hours are the same as the Colorado Mills operates.
Colorado Mills is at 14500 W. Colfax Ave., Lakewood.
