Santa HQ reinvents the traditional visit with Santa Claus at Flatiron Crossing and welcomes guests daily from Saturday, November 9 through Monday, December 24 (closed on Thanksgiving). Santa HQ thrills guests of all ages with a 21st century immersive journey that features state-of-the-art technology.
In addition to a custom photo opportunity with Santa inside his modernized sleigh, mall guests can take an Elfie selfie to star in their very own holiday video, use Elf-Ray Vision to explore Santa’s Observatory and find out how they rank on the Naught or Nice O’Meter.

There’s also a synchronized holiday light show featuring more than 10,000 individual lights orchestrated to Carol of the Bells.
While visiting Santa HQ, you can customize your experience by using augmented reality to view Santa’s Workshop and Observatory in a magical way. Download the Elf-Ray Vision app or used one of the provided tablets to discover the enchanting world of Santa HQ in 2D and 3D digital scenes.
To join in the merrymaking, reservations for Santa HQ at Flatiron Crossing can be made in advance here. Reservations are not required, but they are the best way to avoid long lines, as you can lock in a time that’s convenient for the whole family.
