Bargain hunters are on an egg hunt every time they go shopping. Hunting for the best price, that is! Everyone knows that the price of eggs has skyrocketed lately. The national average price for a dozen eggs on January 28, 2025 was $5.65, compared to only $3.23 for the same date in 2024. That’s an increase of 75% in one year. Thankfully, Ibotta is making eggs more affordable throughout February.

Ibotta is covering the price difference, starting with a $2.50 rebate offer on February 7, 2025, eligible on any brand of eggs. The offer will launch at 12 a.m. MST on the 7th and only be available for 24 hours.
Ibotta will continue offering cash back on eggs every Friday in February, so check back each week. The egg offer will only be available in the app on Fridays during February, so you won’t see it other days of the week.

How to get cash back on eggs
Download the Ibotta app, if you don’t already have it.
The egg offer drops at 12 a.m. MST every Friday in February and is only available for 24 hours.
Add the egg offer to your account. Choose your favorite grocery store from the available retailers. Then, look under “Any Item” for the egg offer.
Head to the store and pick up any brand or size of eggs.
Open your store in the app again and tap “Submit receipt.” Follow the instructions and see the cash back roll in.
IMPORTANT: Be sure you add the offer, buy your eggs and submit your receipt all within the 24-hour period. Otherwise, you will not qualify for the rebate.
Limit one offer redemption per Friday.
