After last year’s season of bringing free Shakespeare to the Denver metro area, Shakespeare in the Wild is back with “Twelfth Night” on August 16 to September 2, 2024. One of Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies full of unrequited love, gender-bending and buffoonery, the play is fun for the whole family. Performances are free and held outdoors at DeKoevend Park at Goodson Rec Center in Centennial. No reservations are required, but RSVP via their website is encouraged.
Audiences are encouraged to bring a blanket, a picnic, and the whole family. (People are welcome to bring chairs if they require them.)
The performance area is 900 feet from ADA parking. A paved path leads (400 ft) to a dirt path (500 ft) to the grass seating area. There will be one golf cart to help transport those who need it to that seating area.
