The famous chicken wars are heating up again! Smashburger may be known for its juicy burgers and seasoned fries, but they’re no chicken when it comes to making a bold statement about its newest premium menu item. The Denver-born restaurant just introduced its Scorchin’ Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

Made with Nashville hot crispy chicken, spicy red pepper mayo, pickles and served on a classic toasted bun, the hot new menu item is available through June 15.
To encourage customers to take a bite of the new sandwich, Smashburger is offering special on Tuesday, April 20 at participating locations — buy-one-get-one FREE Scorchin’ Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich.
The offer is open to all customers and available in-restaurant, online and for delivery. No promo code or coupon necessary.
Plus, in an effort to calm the chicken sandwich wars, the chain wants to “share the peace” with its competitors’ employees.
From April 19 to 22, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., they’re hosting a “Peace Hour” when any fast casual or fast-food employee in uniform can enjoy a Scorchin’ Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich totally FREE.
Smashburger has 26 locations in Colorado.
