Theatre for Young Audiences at Stagebugz is performed by a troupe of professional actors touring across the metro Denver area in order to provide a FREE opportunity for children and families to experience the power of storytelling through live theatre. The next show is Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Performances are May 9 to 11 and May 16 to 18, 2025, at various libraries.
In this interactive children’s show, curious, strong-willed young Goldilocks is punished for taking her family’s things without permission, so she decides to go off and live on her own where she’ll have everything to herself.
Meanwhile, it is Baby Bear’s birthday, and the Bear family has decided to venture into town to find some honey as a birthday treat. Unfortunately, the town is not so welcoming of the Bears, and they rush back to the safety of their home.
But when they arrive, they are astonished to find that Goldilocks has taken over their house!
This sweet story teaches young theatregoers the power of kindness and generosity through lovable characters, audience interaction, and lots of laughs!
Theatre for Young Audiences performances are open to families and theatre-goers of all ages, but geared towards audiences ages 3 to 7 (children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult).
Performances run approximately 40 minutes, followed by a meet-and-greet with the characters!
Tickets to these shows are free!
