Locally-
sourced products cheerleader TheBigWonderful pops up every few months around town. This month it heads to RiNo for Oktobergrass BEERFEST*BANDS*BAZAAR on Saturday & Sunday, October 6 & 7. This isn’t the cheapest event in town, but you do get tremendous bang for the buck. Here’s the breakdown:
The Beerfest has more than 15 breweries, cideries, wineries and distilleries pouring unlimited samples. Food trucks include many local favorites.
Here’s the music line up:
Saturday
12 p.m. to 2 p.m. — That Damn Sasquatch
2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. — Chain Station
4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. — WhiteWater Ramble
Sunday
12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. — Woodshed Red
2 p.m. to 4 p.m. — DeadPhish Orchestra
4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. — Special Guest – TBA
Hours are Saturday & Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
General admission is $5 in advance, $7 at the door. Kids under age 12 get in free. Beerfest tickets, which include unlimited sampling, are $29 if purchased in advance online, $35 at the door. All advance tickets include a FREE subscription to 5280 Magazine.
The event is held at 4400 Fox St. in Denver.
