A thrift store in Castle Rock is quietly helping many Douglas and Elbert County residents in need. Treasures Thriftque is the retail arm of the Help & Hope Center. It collects donated apparel, home goods, shoes, toys, jewelry, books and more — enough to fill its huge retail store. On Saturday, April 20, 2024, Treasures hosts its Thrifty Fifty sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Everything in the store will be 50% off.
It’s not uncommon for shoppers to uncover designer finds and other gems.
In the parking lot, there will be complimentary coffee in the morning, followed by snacks in the afternoon.
On this and every day, 85¢ of every dollar goes directly to support Help & Hope Center’s programs.
