The National Western Stock Show Volunteer Program offers so much to so many. Not only does being a volunteer allow you to give back to the community, gain valuable experience and meet new people, but you are an essential part of Colorado’s most historic and iconic western event. The next volunteer orientation is Saturday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at the National Western Complex.
Those that apply to and RSVP for the volunteer orientation by April 10, receive a FREE ticket to the 2:30 p.m. Rodeo All-Star Weekend semi-finals on April 18. That’s right after the orientation.
NWSS is a year round facility and often shows renting the facility request National Western volunteers to assist with their shows. Volunteers have the opportunity to volunteer in many areas including the Kids Activity Pavilion, Coors Western Art Room, Guest Services, Horse and Livestock Show, Educational Programs, Information Booths, Photography, Ticket Taking, Administrative Support and many other special events during the year.
Volunteers get a ton of perks including tickets to the National Western Stock Show in January, grounds admission badges, parking permits, gifts and more in recognition of service. So if you love the rodeo, here’s a great way to participate in the event for free.
