Waldschänke Ciders & Coffee is a Swiss-inspired cidery rooted in family tradition. Co-owner Ruth Dufresne’s father George Mueller took part in the construction and operation of the first Waldschänke which was founded in Switzerland during World War II. Today, Ruth, her husband John, their son Keane, and Keane’s wife Kelley honor George’s legacy by continuing to make and sell his recipes and by welcoming anyone from any background to come and enjoy their ciders.
In addition to cider, Waldschänke offers coffee through a partnership with Mad Loon Coffee Roasters and has their own food truck: The EuroWagen.
