Walgreens will close three Colorado stores in February. The stores are located in Denver and Aurora. If you fill your prescription at one of the closing locations, you will receive a notice telling you where your prescriptions are being transferred. No word yet on if the three stores will have going-out-of-business sales or will simply transfer their merchandise to other locations.
The closing Colorado locations:
12051 E. Mississippi Ave., Aurora (at S. Peoria St.)
15301 E. Iliff Ave., Aurora (at S. Chambers Rd.)
3555 Colorado Blvd., Denver (at E. 36th Ave.)
Last October, the company announced it would close about 1,200 under-performing stores.
If you use any of these stores and see any notices about closing dates or sales, please drop us an email or leave a comment.
