Since they can’t participate in the usual craft shows, the good folks of Warm Hearts – Warm Babies host their own on a variety of dates during November. You’ll find soft toys, activity books, bibs, quilts, afghans, hats, ear warmers, nylon net scrubbies, aprons, kitchen towels, hot pads, holiday decorations, closet safes and walker bags. Each week there will be a different featured set of items.
November 3 to 7 — Baby toys, bibs, quilts and afghans.
November 10 to 14 — Kitchen items.
November 17 to 21 — Table runners and holiday towels.
November 24 & 25 — Holiday items.
November 27 & 28 — Adult quilts and afghans.
Most items are priced between $5 and $35.
Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Masks are required. Temperatures will be taken. Shoppers will be limited to 5 at a time.
In addition to the sale, the organization is collecting baby bottles, lotion, shampoo/body wash, diapers (sizes Newborn or 1), onsies, and sox (size 0-3 months). There will be a box outside the door for the baby necessities collection. In case of snow or rain the box will be just inside the door.
All proceeds of the craft sales and collection events will help support the projects of this nonprofit.
The sale is at 6429 – D Miller St., Arvada.
