The Westwood Chile Fest is a celebration of the Hispanic-centric cultures, with a strong focus on authentic food and local arts, that make up 80% of the Westwood neighborhood. The FREE event is scheduled for Saturday, September 9, 2023, from noon to 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome to take part in the celebration held along the Morrison Road Corridor, an area rich with makers, entrepreneurs, and artisans.
The Westwood Chile Fest puts a big emphasis on food and drink, particularly the spicy, authentic flavors from various Hispanic cultures. You’ll find a classic chile roasting booth, as well as some of the best food trucks in town. Cold beer and beverages will be for sale.
Music is a vital component of the Festival. Local musicians perform live on the main stage throughout the day, many with deep roots in the neighborhood. Vibrant Mexican music and DJs will have you dancing all day and into the night.
